About us

Leach & McGuire (previously Leach & Partners) was established in order to provide acquisition advice, property management, building administration and accountancy services to institutional and large-scale private investors seeking to invest in the burgeoning Polish private rented sector (PRS) and student housing markets.

Leach & McGuire is a joint venture between ‘Leach & Lang’ and ‘Warsaw Properties’. Both companies in their own right have a very strong presence and a wealth of experience on their respective local markets and had also co-operated successfully with each other for over a decade before joining ranks. Today, Leach & Partners already manage and administrate over 2,000 apartments throughout Poland together employing over 50 qualified and experienced real estate professionals.

Warsaw Properties was established in 2004 to cater for the growing needs of international property investors on the Polish real estate market and has since developed a large portfolio of clients principally focused on residential properties in Warsaw. Due to possessing a distinct knowledge of the capital’s property market, local development companies and Polish real estate law, Warsaw Properties are in a position to provide dependable, practical advice using only tried and trusted methods to oversee capital investment in Poland. Warsaw Properties provide services such as mediation in sales and rental transactions, property management, interior design and technical supervision of residential units, as well as offering full accountancy and SPV administration for specialist investment companies. The company is run and managed by its founder, Conall McGuire. Warsaw Properties is currently owned in full by Setanta SA, which is listed on the Warsaw stock exchange. As a result Warsaw Properties can be relied upon to be a fully transparent, responsible and experienced business partner.

Leach & Lang is a privately owned and managed business which has operated on the residential and commercial real estate market in Poland since its inception in 2004. Headquartered in Krakow, Leach & Lang also have staff and business activities in Wroclaw, Poznan, Lodz, Katowice, Warsaw, Rzeszow, Szczecin, Gliwice, Bochnia, Gdansk and Swinoujscie. Leach & Lang services the needs of owners and occupiers offering transactional advice, property management, consultancy and asset management expertise whilst offering a range of real estate knowledge encompassing residential, office, retail, hotel and mixed-use schemes. Leach & Lang is a long-standing member of the British Polish Chamber of Commerce and Aspire Business Network and is managed and run by its majority shareholder, Tom Leach, a late scholar of St. Catherine’s College, Oxford. With its wide range of services and impressive client base Leach & Lang has become one of the largest and most respected independent residential advisors and property managers in the CEE region.
