Leach & McGuire’s property management department work hand-in-hand with the letting team in order to identify, vet and sign up tenants. Aside from tenant administration, the team are responsible for money collection, bad debtor and bank account administration and onward payments.
Communication on both tenant and landlord side is absolutely key to success and so email, telephone and personal visits & inspections on-site are an integral part of the tenant management services. Contact with external service and utility providers as well as with insurers and city institutions is also handled by the property management team. All information is gathered and presented to show both at-a-glance and heavily-detailed reporting to the landlord which de facto enables accurate budgeting for future years.
